Modern Military IDs Missing Physical Description
Although a military ID is listed in California as an accepted form of photo ID, Civil Code 1185 requirements indicate that it must list a physical description of the holder. Unfortunately, many modern military ID cards do not have the required physical description. Certain uniformed services ID cards in the past have met the minimum requirements of Civil Code 1185, which is in need of revision on the point of military IDs.
